Men's Teams:

• Hadrian League -  a scratch based league
• Two Tynes League - a nett based league for players with handicap between 4 and 12.

• NLCGA Shield League

The club organises a number of regular club competitions. 

Summer (April to September)

• Saturdays - Mixed competitions. A range of singles and doubles, stableford and medal competitions.
• Wednesday -  Fortnightly stableford competitions, the first in the month from the yellow/red tees and the second from the white/red tees.
• Thursdays - Ladies competitions.
• Knockouts - Singles and doubles matchplay knockout competitions

We have annual friendly matches with the following clubs that give opportunities for higher handicappers to get some inter club team experience:

• Brampton : Away - Sunday 13th September 2026
• Matfen Hall : Home - Sunday 17th May 2026
• The Dukes Course : Away - Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June 2026

In the summer we run a social golf event on a Friday evening once a month that consists of a friendly 9 hole team event with a shotgun start such as a Texas scramble followed by a 2 course meal. This is an excellent opportunity for new members to meet others and it's a great value Friday evening for £10.

• Christmas white elephant : Saturday 5th December 2026 (Texas scramble shotgun start 10:30 Hunting)
