Welcome to the first club newsletter of 2025. This newsletter and the new club website is part of our efforts to the improve communications to club members. We hope you find them informative.
New Club Website Live
The new club website is now live and available at https://www.slaleyhallgolfclub.uk/.
The site will continue to have more content added over the coming weeks and we also ask members to submit news and photos related to club activities for inclusion.
Next club night, Friday 27th June
The first club night of the season last week was very well attended and was a great night.
The next event is on Friday 27th and in order to confirm the food for the evening we need entries to be in by Monday 23rd June.

Club Knockout Competitions
The club knockout competitions are underway now, the draws are on the notice board. The first rounds are due to be completed this month so can everyone involved do the their best to play matches by the deadline and let the committee know if there are any problems.
Captains Charity Day, Friday July 4th
This year our charity day will support Dementia UK and Willow Burn Hospice. A separate email will be sent our about this event with more details.
- Any Auction or raffle prizes will be gladly received. Please leave in the Golf Shop for Kevin to pick up.
- Tickets can be purchased in advance and paid vis BACS into the Club account.£5 per strip of 5 tickets, £10 for 3 strips Some great prizes. Please let us know if you would like to purchase any.
Open Team Event, Sunday 27th July
The two open team events we run each year are the main source of funding for the club so we'd appreciate your support in sharing this event and encouraging participation. A sperate email will be sent out about it with a post that can be shared with those interested.
